At Staunton & Hughes we understand and appreciate that from time to time there is a need to return our product. We do take great care in the way we pack our leather so that you receive it in the best possible condition and therefore ask you to do the same as in most cases we will need to resell the leather.

On receipt of  a delivery we ask that customers check the product for shade quality and suitability for intended use.

So if you find you do need to return your item, please do so within 14 days for a full refund*. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

  • Please return the leather using the same packaging method as you received the goods.
  • We do not accept any hides back where adhesive tape has been used on the leather as this can damage the leather.
  • We do not accept any hides back that have been marked by chalk, tape or pen.
  • We do not accept any hides back that have been cut.
  • All leather must be clearly addressed as below.
